AstroTara sells digital reports only. Nothing is shipped by post or courier, and there are no shipping charges.
1. What you receive
A personalised Kundli (birth chart) report, shown on this website and available to download as a PDF file.
2. When you receive it
- The report opens on screen as soon as your payment is confirmed, usually within a few seconds.
- UPI payments can occasionally take a few minutes to confirm. The page keeps checking and opens the report by itself.
- In the rare case of a delay, your report is delivered within 24 hours of a successful payment.
3. How you can open it again
- Purchased reports are saved on the phone or computer you used, under "Your purchased reports".
- Download the PDF and save the report link (there is a button to save it on WhatsApp) so you can open it on any device.
4. Where we deliver
The service is available online anywhere. Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and payment is accepted through Cashfree Payments.
5. If your report did not arrive
Email ayushshrivastavayt@gmail.com or call +91 9117053166 with the mobile number you paid with and the time of payment. We resolve it within 4 business days, and if we cannot deliver the report we refund you in full. See our Refunds & Cancellations policy.
