1. Who we are
AstroTara ("we", "us") runs astrotara.life from Bailey Road, LBS Nagar, near J.D. Women's College, Patna, Bihar, India. By using astrotara.life you agree to these terms.
2. What the service is
AstroTara creates a personalised Vedic birth chart (Kundli) report from the details you enter: name, gender, date of birth, place of birth and time of birth (the time is optional, but without it the Lagna and houses cannot be worked out). The planetary positions, Dasha, Mangal Dosha, Kalsarp Dosh, Sade Sati and transit dates are calculated from astronomical data using the Lahiri ayanamsa. The written explanations are produced with the help of AI. The report is for guidance, reflection and entertainment only.
Astrology is not a science. A report is not a prediction, a guarantee, or professional advice. Please do not rely on it for decisions about health, money, legal matters, relationships or safety. For those, speak to a qualified professional.
3. Eligibility
You must be 18 or older to buy a report. You may enter another person's details, including a child's, only if you are their parent or guardian or they have agreed.
4. Price and payment
A free preview (your Moon sign, Lagna and Nakshatra, plus a short excerpt) is shown first. The full report is unlocked by a one-time payment in Indian rupees (INR). The price is shown before you pay and on our Pricing page. A new report may show an introductory offer price with a countdown. The offer is real: when the countdown ends, that report's regular price applies. Each person gets one offer window per day. Payments are processed by Cashfree Payments. There is no subscription and no auto-renewal. You are never charged again unless you buy another reading.
5. Delivery
Your full report unlocks on the website as soon as your payment is confirmed. This is usually within seconds; UPI payments can take a few minutes. You can download it as a PDF.
Your report is opened with a private key stored in your browser, and purchased reports are listed on the AstroTara home screen of that browser. If you clear your browser data or switch device you may not be able to reopen it from the list, so please download the PDF and save your report link after unlocking. If you lose access after paying, email us with the mobile number and time of payment.
6. Your responsibilities
Enter accurate details that you are entitled to share. Do not misuse the service: no automated access, no attempts to bypass the preview or payment, and no resale of reports.
7. No guarantees and limit of liability
Reports are generated automatically. If a birth time or place you enter is wrong or approximate, the chart will be wrong too. A report may contain mistakes or may not feel accurate to you. The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the report in question.
8. Changes and law
We may update these terms and the date above will change. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
